There's no better place to stay in Big Spring. I have just returned from a real good stay in this hip new hotel, fairly quiet and fantastic rooms. All the staff members are courteous and amiable.

The suite was nice and clean. I loved the pet-friendly policy, made traveling with my dog and cat easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and appliances, perfect for preparing meals. The outdoor area had great amenities like a fire pit. I faced a frustrating surprise with an extra $100 non-refundable pet deposit upon check-in. I had already paid for the room online and never encountered such a fee before. It felt misleading and poor practice. I won't return because of this. My overall experience could have been better without that unexpected charge.

During our stay, we were quite disappointed to find that our room was not cleaned on the second night, which we weren't informed about at check-in. The staff gave us clean towels when requested, but it was frustrating to realize that cleaning was only done every other day. The suite was nice and clean, which made our stay more comfortable despite the cleaning issue.
